Alumni

The FGZ works on the basis of a strong community. This togetherness extends beyond completion of the Matura.

Alumni return to school on special occasions such as Homecoming Day or for reunions with their Matura year, share their ties to university, culture and business, and cultivate friendships that last a lifetime.

Alumni FGZ

Alumni FGZ is the association of former pupils of Freies Gymnasium Zürich. Founded in 1925, Alumni FGZ cultivates personal contacts among former pupils and with Freies Gymnasium Zürich and supports the school in carrying out its tasks, in particular by providing grants for certain individual projects.

Around 1,300 former pupils are already members of the alumni association. Join them and sign up today.

After leaving FGZ, every graduate is a member of Alumni FGZ free of charge for one year. From the second year onwards, a contribution towards expenses of CHF 50 is charged. It is possible to join later at any time.
